A flowing-style of yoga. You will leave this class feeling the perfect combination of invigorated and centered. This class is suitable for all-levels. Beginners will learn alignment and begin to build their yoga practice, while intermediate and advanced students will be given further options and variations to maintain and grow their practice. The room is heated to 80 degrees to warm the body to become more pliable for health and safe movement. Expect to sweat! Please bring a towel and water.
