40 Minutes: Beginner Yoga Series Class #1
3/8/21. For beginners and anyone wanting a more accessible-paced practice. Class #1 of 4 in my March Series. Level 1.
50 Minutes: Just Right Flow
9/21/20. No too fast, not too slow. Flow while holding standing poses for 7 breaths. Hold Yin poses for 2 minutes. Level 1-2.
60 Minutes: Hand-to-foot flow
8/7/20. Within a steady vinyasa flow practice, incorporate a variety of poses where your hand and foot meet. Level 2-3.
60 Minutes: No Chaturanga Flow
A solid, challenging vinyasa practice with no Chaturanga poses! Find your flow and strengthen your shoulders. Level 2-3
55 MINUTES: FEEL GOOD FLOW
9/14/20. A flow that helps you feel good in your body. Give gratitude for the goodness all around you and within you. Level 2.
60 minutes: Hips + Glutes flow
8/13/20. A flowing yoga practice that targets the opening and activation of your outer hips and gluteus muscles. Level 2.
50 MInutes: Breath Centered Yin Vinyasa
A breath-centered yoga practice with half vinyasa flow and half yin-like yoga poses. Create freedom and clarity within. Level 2.
60 Minutes: Wheel it up
6/18/20. Open your body and open your heart in this flow class rich with refreshing backbends and wheel poses. Level 2.
60 Minutes: let it flow
6/15/20. Move through a range of poses, including Koundinyasana arm balances, as you move with your breath. Level 2.
60 Minutes: YOGA STRONG FLOW
5/31/20. This advanced vinyasa flow includes strength building poses for your shoulders, core, and legs. Level 3.
60 MInutes: Twists & SIde bends
5/28/20. Refresh your torso and spine with this vinyasa practice full of revitalizing twists and side bends. Level 1-2.
60 Minutes: Balancing vinyasa Flow
5/7/20. Flow with breath through various balancing poses. Get ready to work your legs and hips as you build stability. Level 1.
50 Minutes: No Frills Yin VInyasa Yoga
4/27/20. No fancy poses, no crazy variations. Just you, movement, and breath unlocking your mind and body. Level 1-2.
60 Minutes: Steady Flow & Yin
From 4/13/20. Half steady vinyasa flow to warm and move your body. Half yin-like yoga to lengthen and restore. Level 1-2.
45 minutes: Yin VInyasa
From 4/6/20 with Coppermine Fitness. Half slow flow, half therapeutic yoga stretching. Level 1-2.
30 minutes: Twist & Flow
From 4/1/20. An all-levels Vinyasa Flow class that will leave you feeling physically free and open. Level 2-3.
60 MInutes: Gentle Yoga for hips
From 3/29/20 with YogaWorks. This lighter flow will get into the depths of unlocking your hip muscles. Level 1.
55 MInutes: Yin Vinyasa Flow
From 3/23/20. The best of both yoga worlds, this class is half flow-yoga and half restoring yoga stretches. Level 1-2.
30 Minutes: Vinyasa Energy Flow
From 3/18/20. Combine breath and movement for a fun practice that will leave you invigorated. Level 2-3.
25 Minutes: Slow Flow Yoga
Enjoy a slow flow vinyasa practice to reset and length your body. Great class for athletes. Level 1-2.
10 Minutes: Relax
Using silent repetition of a mantra (word or phrase), you'll turn your mind from any negative distractions to a positive direction.
60 Minutes: Power Vinyasa Yoga
6/4/20. Breathe, sweat, flow in this moving yoga practice that targets all areas of your body & transforms your mind. Level 2.
45 MInutes: Refresh Your SHOULDERS
5/26/20. Restore & awaken your shoulders with poses that both stretch and strengthen muscles around the joint. Level 2.
50 Minutes: Yin Vinyasa flow with Core
5/11/20. Vinyasa Flow with extra attention to engaging your core, followed by yin yoga poses to lengthen muscles. Level 1-2.
60 minutes: Challenge yourself FLOW
4/28/20. Invigorate your practice with a consistent flow including variations of poses like binds and inversions. Level 2-3.
60 MInutes: Steady flow
From 4/14/20. A strong, challenging, steady vinyasa flow practice. Breathe, sweat, and transform. Level 2-3.
30 minutes: Happy hips flow
From 4/8/20. A strong vinyasa flow that moves your hips in all directions. Happy hips are open hips. Level 2-3.
60 Minutes: Well-rounded Vinyasa
From 4/2/20 with YogaWorks. A steady yoga practice that strengthens and lengthens your full body. Level 1.
