60 Minute Vinyasa Yoga: "Yoga Strong"

Join me for a LIVE online yoga class to strengthen your body and strengthen your yoga practice. This powerful vinyasa flow includes strength building poses and movements targeting muscles of your shoulders, core, and legs. Take your practice to the next level with this advanced class full of variations as you flow.

Embedded into the flow are leg strengtheners like Shiva Squats and Crescent Lunge leg raises, shoulder strengtheners like Forearm Stand and Side Crow, core strengtheners like Half Boat Pose and Hip Lifts. Expand your possibilities on the mat as you empower yourself from within!
