“Kick your practice into high gear with an intense fast-paced format. Power Yoga provides overall conditioning to improve balance, flexibility, and strength while continuing to utilize breath as the anchor to your practice. Take a step outside your comfort zone in this moderate to high intensity class as more challenging postures may be offered including arm balances and inversions. Encouragement is given in a non-competitive, non-judgmental environment to invite students to explore and grow their personal practice without pressure or expectation.
