This class offers the best of both worlds. The first half of the class is a slow moving Vinyasa flow for all-levels, focuses on lengthening the muscles and creating healthy movement in the body. The second half of the class is Yin-based yoga poses that are stretching-based, therapeutic yoga poses, held for an extended period of time, to unlock your body and create freedom inside and out. This class is accessible to all levels, non-heated, and will leave you feel restored.
