Sanskrit is the language of yoga.
In this online workshop, we explore the meaning and correct pronunciation of several yoga poses in their native Sanskrit names. By learning about Sanskrit, an ancient language from the East, you will become a more confident and informed yoga practitioner and/or teacher. This unique online workshop offers you the opportunity to travel back to the roots of your yoga practice in order to bring more meaning and inspiration to your yoga practice today.
